Hi, Henriette here today sharing a clean and simple card using both stamp sets from the January 2017 release.
I haven’t stamped on kraft paper before and I wanted to give it a try.
The first thing I did was tracing around a heart shaped die with a pencil on the kraft paper.
Then I stamped the little leaves from the Love Sentiments set in 2 shades of green and used the pencil line as a guide. The single leave from the set I used to fill in the wreath. I did let the ink dry for a while before erasing the pencil line.
Using my mini misty I stamped the sentiment in the heart shape wreath. The misty is such a handy tool to get a sentiment in the right place.
I placed the kraft piece on a slightly larger piece of white cardstock and glued this on a pink cardstock top fold square card.
Then I stamped some flowers on white paper, cut them out and placed them on the wreath using foam tape and I’ve added some sequins.
Finally I used Nuvo drops to add little white speckles on the wreath.
Thanks for stopping by today.
