Welcome to Day 4 of our September release! We hope that you have enjoyed all the new sets to our store. If this is your first time joining us, visit day 1, day 2 and day 3 here. All stamp sets will be available tomorrow, October 2!
Today we are introducing Tree of Seasons 4×6 stamp set. This is such a fun stamp set with 15 different stamps to mix and match. I specifically designed this set to coordinate with our Autumn Harvest too and a few of our other holiday stamps.
I have also created a cut file for our cutting machines. This cut file contains 2 separate layers for perfect layering. For more details, please click here
This new set is so fun to create with! Any season to create with and I also created watercolor leaves for fun stamping.
Grab some watercolor paper and distress ink and stamp the large tree image. Next, dip your watercolor brush in clean water and gently go over the branches for a more watercolor effect.
After the watercolor ink has dried completely, quickly use a heat gun to set the watercolor ink. Then mix up some pink watercolor and lightly go around the edges creating a light background.
I used some Pickled Raspberry ink to create this the watercolor leaves. Again lightly hitting the leaves with a clean watercolor brush.
Finally, I added this pink ribbon in the corner from our Pinks Ribbon Collection. This sentiment is from our Beautiful Iris stamp set.
I created a more detailed background look with the trees for my second card. Stamping the trees in a lighter kraft color in the backgrounds. I grabbed the Friends Forever stamp set for my snowy ground.
This bright red bow and ribbon can be found from our Christmas Ribbon Coollection. I also added this tiny cardinal that can be found in this set. And don’t forget the little pearls throughout that I was hoping to give it a snowy effect.
Holiday Expressions stamp set was used in the corner of my Christmas card. This card was a very fun and simple card to create.
My last card was so much to create with a super snowy scene! I began with stamping my tree in light brown ink. Some SU! white craft ink was applied for my snowy mounds using our Friends Forever stamp set.
After the ink dried, I used some watercolor white gauche and lightly painted a bit of snow on the branches of the tree. I also lightly placed white dots for snow falling out of the sky.
Lastly I added a tag from our Holiday Tags stamp set and some crochet trim too.
I hope you have enjoyed today’s cards! They were so much fun to create and I hope that you are feeling creative to get in your craftroom too.
