Now onto our first two projects by Jo and Kylie. We begin with this fun summer layout by Jo. This is so precious with her gorgeous daughter! Here’s all her details!
Hi All, today is about my summer beach page.
The stampset used for my page is “Summer Fun”. I have used different types of mediums on my page. To start I have sprayed my page with some teal colour spritz . Behind the doily I added washi tape, a black chevron ribbon and lace.
I have stamped the sentiments from the stampsets on white cardstock with black onyx ink on the right of the page and I stamped the palm trees randomly behind the doily and on the bottom left of the page.
To add some elements to the page I placed some buttons and sequins and drops of gold spray around the page.

Next up we have a great butterfly canvas by Kylie! Here’s Kylie with her project!
Hi there everyone. This week at Inspired by Stamping, we are concentrating on Summer Projects.
Projects aren’t really my forte but I really enjoyed making this one.
Using a 10″ x 8″ canvas, I used some acrylic paint to create the splattered background.
Then I had to create the background colours for my butterflies. I sprinkled brushes onto watercolour, sprayed the paper with water and then dried them with my heat gun.
While I was waiting for the canvas to dry, I started embossing my butterflies. I then fussy cut them all out.
Using foam pads, I popped them up on the canvas.
To give them more dimension, I bent their wings.
Lastly, I stamped the sentiment.
Here is the stamp set I have used –
Thanks so much for looking xx
We will be back tomorrow with more summer projects! And don’t forget to sign up to our newsletter! Hugs, Joanna
