Happy Monday crafty friends! We have a super fun week ahead for you! This week, I’ve asked our designers to create 3D projects! So everyday this week, we are diving into 3D gifts, 3D kids & masculine ideas! Let’s get started with a beautiful project by Vicki!
How fun we are focusing on 3D projects. Today we are creating a child project.
My DH and I are going to Alabama for his great granddaughter’s 1st birthday. I made a matching/ tic tac toe game, which I believe she will actually be able to play.
I made the pieces big, colorful and easy for tiny hands. I used the gorgeous Hummingbirds set.
I made a “board” out of the Spring Lilacs Paper, and sewed the board for easy folding [to put in the storage box].
After I got the “game” all done, I put it into an acrylic box I found in my recycle stash~
Add a pretty bow, and this game is all set for the Little! I’ll let you know how she did with it ~
See you next time~
Up next is a fabulous and fun project using our Create A Cupcake and Petite Banners stamp sets!
Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my post made for Inspired by Stamping.
Today I made a 3d kids project and as small and easy as it looks, it’s not so fast one to make.
I made drinking straw embellishments and used Create a Cupcake delicious stamp set from Inspired by Stamping.
I just made 3 of those straws as it was a sample of straw embellishments. I don’t have small kids anymore and as for my grand kids? They have great parents to embellish their parties. Thanks, but not anymore!
So if you do have time and love those embellishments- here is how it was done.
First I stamps each cup cake base twice and heat embossed it with clear powder.
Then I stamped each topping piece twice and heat embossed with colorful powders.
Each piece was hand cut and arranged into 3d embellishment. I added stamped bows, strawberries and one glass cherry on the top.
Each sentiment from Petite Banners set was stamped and hand cut and everything was glued to the straw.
And that’s how it looks over white surface.
A very special thank you to Irit and Vicki for such fabulous creations! We will be back tomorrow with more 3D ideas from Lisa and myself! Have a great Monday! With paper hugs, Joanna
