Hey Everyone! If you are looking for our new IBSIC Challenge, please click here!
It’s time for our Sunday Designer Feature. I’ve been busy drawing our March release and didn’t share last week’s gorgeous designs so there is heaps of inspiration today! I am also sharing a step by step video tutorial on how to create this tropical scene card! So let’s get started!
To make this card, you will need a piece of watercolor paper measuring 2 1/2 x 5 inches. This is a great time to grab those leftover pieces of watercolor paper that you don’t want to throw away.
I used the following supplies:
Watercolor Paper 140lbs
Newton & Winsor Watercolor Paints (let me know if you are interested in the colors I used and I will list them in the comment section)
Tombow Markers numbers 277, 879 & N25
Black Memento Ink
Scrap paper to create my line between ocean and sky Now that you have gathered all your materials, let’s sit down and create. Here’s the video.
Here are a few more photos of the finished card! I hope you have enjoyed today’s video tutorial.
Now, let’s get onto some gorgeous inspirations from our designers!
With paper hugs, Joanna
