Happy Monday my dear friends! We are back with a full week here of crafty inspirations and fun. Today we are focusing on embossed cards with Kylie and Jo.

We are also gearing up for our first release in 2015 that starts Jan 19th! Eeek! So excited to share what I have been up to the last few months. We already started a few sneak peeks on our Facebook page and Instagram Feed. Don’t forget to “like” and “dot” on our FB page to see more from us on Facebook.

Let’s get started with Kylie featuring one of our most popular sets, Everyday Greetings. Her card is just lovely! Here’s Kylie!

“Happy Monday everyone!

Heat Embossing is actually one of my favourite techniques even though we have a love hate relationship. I don’t like that the powder tends to go everywhere (user issue lol) but the end results are so fun.

I love this sentiment (from the Everyday Greetings set) – it always needs to be the focus when on a card in my opinion.

I’ve embossed the sentiment with black powder.

The little stars are from the Teeny Tiny Greetings set.

Love this sentiment – did I say that already? Actually the Everyday Greetings is a really great set. It should be on your wish list! SHOP HERE for all your stamping needs!

Thanks so much for looking today xx

Next up is Jo with a lovely set of cards that are super vibrant and perfect for Valentine’s Day! Here’s Jo!

Hi All, This is my first card for the year with Inspired By Stamping and I have missed you all.

Today’s card I have used the Emboss Resist Technique.

My design is clean and simple with the use of distress ink colours on the heat embossed panels to make the Background Basics III music note stamp set stand out.

Colour combination is Barn Door & Picked Raspberry.

I have used a polka dot ribbon and plain black grosgrain ribbon to embellish the cards.

The card on the right has black sequins also to add a little touch of scattered black throughout the emboss resist panel. I have sprinkled some blush colour shine on the emboss resist panels.

Colour combination is Peacock feathers,  Faded Jeans, Danube Blue & Bermuda Bay.

Navy satin ribbon had been added for the embellishment on both cards and a sprinkle of mint colour shine spray and sequins on the emboss resist panels.

Both cards I have used the co-ordinating Fancy Labels 3 cut files and Fancy Labels Die for all four cards.
