Happy Monday friends! We are so happy to be kicking off a new week of inspirations from our designers! Today, Kendra and Shan are showcasing the Australian Nature stamp set! Let’s get started with Kendra’s gorgeous card!

Hello Inspired By Stamping Friends, Kendra, here to share a pretty card with you, using the newly released Australian Nature I set!

There are a bunch of beautiful images in this set!

I really love the pretty butterfly in the set, which is the main image I decided to work with:

I also decided to use some fun colors for this card!!

The “Happy Birthday” sentiment is part of the Vintage Frames set.

I started by first creating my white base layer with my Silhouette, using the Australian Nature I Cute File. I used both the butterfly sizes to cut  out the butterflies, so you could see the patterned paper behind.  I then stamped the one large butterfly and fussy cut it out, to place in one of the cut places.

I also used the fun Washi Tape set:

And lastly, a close-up of the beautiful Ulysses Swallowtail:

It is hard to tell from this picture, but I used a glitter pen to add some shimmer to the pink parts of the butterfly!

Happy Stamping!

Next up is Shan with a beautiful bird card! Take it away, Shan!

“Hello crafty friends. Shan here to share with you a card I created for my grandfather using the beautiful forest kingfisher stamp from the Australian Nature Stamp set.

To create this card I started with a 4.25″ x 5″ white card base and layered my papers following a sketch. I embossed the forest kingfisher with black embossing powder on white card stock and water colored him in with a couple of inks that coordinated with the papers I had picked out. I used an oval die to cut around him and adhered him to my paper. To finish off the card, I added flat back pearls to the corners and a beautiful flower I had gifted to me from a friend.

That is all for me today. I hope you all have a wonderful week.
