Hello crafty friends! Lisa and Vicki are here today sharing some beautiful inspirations with us! Lisa is wowing us with a lovely Mother’s Day card. Vicki, shares a great CAS (clean and simple) card for those times when you are in need of quick card! It will be a great day so let’s get started!
We love Lisa’s gorgeous Mother’s Day card with beautiful coloring and layers. The softness is so elegant and that bow! Wow! Here’s Lisa with details!
“Hi everyone, Lisa here sharing a card using the new Mother’s Day Bouquet stamp set.
I started by cutting the bouquet on my Portrait with the coordinating Mother’s Day Bouquet cut file. The bouquet image in this set is gorgeous and can be colored in many different ways and colors. As I wanted a ‘soft’ look, I water colored the bouquet using pastel shades.
How about that double bow? Are you bow-challenged? I once was, but then I watched this awesome video tutorial by Joanna and learned that I too could make a bow!
The sentiments in this new set are as beautiful as the floral image! I cut this fabulous sentiment with one of the Fancy Label Dies 1.
I hope my mother enjoys her card as much as I enjoyed making it.
Next up, Vicki has created a beautiful Spring card filled with lovely shades of greens and gorgeous paper flowers. Here is Vicki sharing her card with us!
Hi everyone – Vicki here [All I Do Is Stamp]. I am hoping that Spring is starting to show where you all live. Here in Arizona, while we do have sun like….a lot, the colors of Spring are starting to show up. I love the color! Today’s card reflects that;
I love the sentiment — it is perfect for encouraging anyone who just feels “they can’t do it”.
That’s it for me today — See ya in a couple of weeks~
On A Personal Note, we had a few cockatoos in our yard yesterday morning. I was able to quickly grab my camera and take a few photos. Here are a couple photos I just had to share!
A special thank you to Vick and Lisa for creating with us! Don’t forget to leave a comment for a chance to win this week’s blog contest prize! Hugs, Joanna
