Happy Wednesday Inspired By Stamping Friends!!

It’s Whoo Hoo Wednesday!!

Kendra here from Luv 2 Scrap N’ Make Cards to share this week’s tutorial!

I am so excited to share this tutorial with you!  The last tutorial I shared with you was the Dryer Sheet Tutorial, which you can find here, so I thought it would be fun to follow up with the…….

Start by gathering your supplies.
You can use re-inkers, spray mists and/or paints.
Stickles
Brad
Circle dies (Or you can hand cut circles)
**Although it probably would be fun to use scallop circles as well!  I used circles for my tutorial today.

I ran the three smallest circle dies through my Big Shot.

I just did one of each size.
Feel free to do more of each size and layer your flower up!

For my card today I decided to use some shimmer mist for my flower.
So using a scrap piece of paper, lay your dryer sheet circles on it and spray them to your liking.

Have a piece of paper towel handy to dab off the excess mist from the circles.

Now the fun of finishing off the flower begins!!
I added some stickles to the outside edge of each circle.

Then add all the layers together and adhere a brad through the center.
You don’t necessarily need to have the layers centered.
Having them a little off centered, adds some character!

Then if you would like, scrunch the layers up with your fingers, to give the flower a little dimension, so it doesn’t lay just flat.

Then you have your finished flower:

So pretty!!

Now time to add your beautiful Dryer Sheet Flower to your project!

Here’s the card I created:

Behind my Dryer Sheet Flower I used VersaMark ink to stamp the flower image from the Little Flowers set and then embossed with a pearl embossing powder.

The “Friends Forever” sentiment is from the Arrows set.

And a close-up of the flower on my finished project:

I also added some lovely Scallop Crochet Trim to this card!
Now it’s your turn, can’t wait to see what you create!
Have fun!
