Hi guys! Nicole here with a beautiful flower card to share with you all today. This is one of my favorite stamp set that was released recently, I love how detailed and bold the images are in this set.Β  This one is a regular A2 card, with a top fold. I love creating these types of cards because they are different and offer a better look when creating with portrait images.

If you are looking to create a card with a soft look, make sure to grab the Vintage Floral Paper Pad that was released along with the Vintage Roses Stamp Set. The paper pad offers lots of verity that are suitable for many occasions and you get 12 different designs with 2 sheets of each. For this card, I chose soft green background with white polka dots. Thought this would compliment the main image well.

You will also notice some pink spots on the main layer that surrounds the rose. I did a brush splatter technique so there are some supporting interests on the card. Make sure to watch the video below to see how I did this fun, easy technique!

For the main image I’m trying a bit different Copic coloring technique, I call it selective Copic coloring. I wanted to create a water colored look even though the colors are blended with offer some depth to the image. I randomly colored the image with different Copic markers and left plenty of white to create a soft, subtle look. What do you think?

Please enjoy today’s video tutorial! Make sure to stop by tomorrow to see a brand new inspiration. Have a wonderful day!
