Inspired by Stamping Background Basics Lines and Guy Sentiment Stamp Sets - Masculine Card

I am super excited to share with you this stamp set! I have so many ideas and thoughts about this great new set! I think this has to be the most versatile stamp set yet in our IBS collection! I can’t wait to try new color combinations, pink Plaid (oooohhh!), make Christmas cards and shabby chic ones too!

I used Soft Suede, Baja Breeze and Navy Blue colors for my 1st card. Gorgeous male colors!

We introduced our Guy Sentiment stamp set yesterday! Click Here if you missed it. I then added some brads and buttons. I folded half my ribbon on the bottom of my card too.

I was super excited when I was playing around with this set that you could design plaid images! Yay!

So whatcha think? I can’t wait to try plaid on baby cards, girl cards, etc! Can you tell I am excited?! hehe! My sentiment is also from our Guy Sentiments stamp set. I then cut out this hat that can also be found in it!

Here’s another card featuring plaid using dark brown, turquoise and kraft inks. After stamping the plaid image, I then went over it with distress ink and sewed the top of my plaid cardstock onto the card.

After stamping my sentiment, I grabbed my ScorPal and created two lines on each side. After scoring, I used Copic markers to create my framed effect.

Brown grosgrain ribbon, burlap and rhinestones were added to finish my card.

Inspired by Stamping Happy Occasions, Background Basics Lines Stamp Set - Masculine Card

Happy Occasions and Background Lines pair up beautifully in this card. When I showed my card to my husband, he started to put the corner back up and told me I needed some glue to fix it! LOL! He couldn’t believe that I was trying to peel the corner down on the card!

After stamping my sentiment in two different colors, I raised it on dimensionals to give it a curved feeling.

3 different lines created this great striped feel with my card. I love how it looks like background paper and that you can match your ink to your patterned paper. Each star was cut out with the Silhouette Cameo and then colored with Copic Markers.

Guitars

Inspired by Stamping Guitars, French Country & Masculine Tags II Stamp Set - Masculine Tags

My 1st card is for my Dad. He plays the guitar and when I was making cards this last week, I was thinking of him. I used the Masculine Tags, French Country and Guitars stamp sets.

Inspired by Stamping

I first stamped out my electric guitar and matching guitar pick. I then added grey rhinestones to the corner of my cardstock. I love the grey distress ink around the edges too.

Our guitar set also comes with two different splatters to create great background images. I then stamped this diamond pattern from the French Country set to create a great border.

“Thinking of you, Dad” sentiment can be found in the new Masculine Tags stamp set that we will be featuring tomorrow!

Here’s our 2nd guitar and some more splatter from this great stamp set!

Inspired by Stamping Background Basics III Stamp Set - Masculine Card

I started out stamping the music notes from the Background Basics III stamp set. Fancy Labels 2 was used for my background splatter images. I then cut and colored this classic guitar. To create a distressed feel, I brushed on my distress ink.

I used the tape technique for my sentiment. Place a piece of tape over the sentiment that you don’t want to use. Next, ink up your stamp and then take the tape off with the inked part. Finally, stamp your image onto cardstock!

Inspired by Stamping Birthday Wishes, Guitars Stamp Set - Masculine Card

My last card today features the Guitar stamp set one more time! I love the retro feel that you get from this set. A perfect set for any teenager, girl or boy!

After sewing on my kraft banner, I stamped my “birthday wishes” from two different stamps using the same technique as above from the Birthday Wishes stamp sets.

Here’s a close up of the electric guitar stamped in black memento ink and lifted on dimensionals.

I hope that you enjoyed today’s cards! I absolutely loved creating with them!
