Hello my dear friends. I have personally debated and debated to write this post. I have believed that my blog is a place of positivity, love and inspiration. Not a place to complain about the negative sides to life. But today, I must write to share with you where I have been these last few days and the next few weeks.

On Saturday morning, Brad, my husband, woke up to a rock being thrown through our front window. He quietly went out the side door and caught our neighbor with blood all over his hands with a 15 year old boy.

After further inspection, this man, also smashed out our car windows and ripped out the mailbox.

He also smashed his fists through the front spot lights of Brads car.

He was arrested for doing this. The reason why as he told the police…was because I witnessed him beating his step son and I yelled at him to stop. This occurred a few months back.

This man has threatened me and has told me in front of police that he is going to come after me. There are restraining orders against this man from coming near me, my home or the surrounding streets. At this point and because this is a public blog, I can not tell you anything further. But feel that I should explain my absence to you my viewer over the next week.

I also am guest designer for two challenges today. I have done these before this all occurred, except for the details of what I used. I hope you will understand. I will try and get the details of each card up very soon.

My first priority is our children and husband and so my blog and work will be put on hold while we take care of ourselves. I am in total shock that someone would want to hurt me and my family. I am hurting. I pray that time will heal this and we will be able to move on.

Thank you so much for your understanding. I will let you know in the days to come how I am.

Hugs, Joanna

Joanna, I am so sorry to hear that you have to deal with someone who is obviously so angry with the world he has to take it out on everyone he encounters. You, your family and the boy are in our hearts and prayers. Take care and stay safe.
