Happy Thursday my friends! How are you today??? Today, I have my PPA challenge card to share with you. This week the challenge is to round the corners and/or distress the edges. As you know, I love distressing my cards. Smile

I had many comments and emails the last few days about another video for you. So yesterday, I sat down and made my video. I am so excited with the way it turned out and hope to have it up soon.

Thank you for stopping by and visiting me. Please leave me a comment. It means so much to me to hear from you. Hugs to you all! And I hope that you have a beautiful Thursday!!!

I used this gorgeous paper last week, click here to view my card. Today, I just had to use it again with the inspiration photo. Instead of distressing in Antique Linen, today I used White Craft Ink. It just toned down the boldness of the paper and made it so much softer.

I  used some Lace that I had in my stash and then used some Chocolate Chip thread to stitch on my card stock. I love the effect and how easy it is to change thread to get a whole different effect on my card.

I used some retired chipboard from SU! and then painted it with white acrylic paint. I then used some distress ink on the edges for some antiqueness! Cherry Cobbler paper and two punches helped create my flower. To get the antique effect, crumble your flowers and then distress each petal with distress ink.

How relaxing is the inspiration photo? I’d love to have that bedroom with all those comfy pillows. Think you really captured the photo in your card. I love the pop of red with the minty/blue. Thanks for the tips on creating a vintage look. I love the look, but not good at doing it myself. Want to get some of the SU sponges & the distressing tool so I can work the edges at least. Seems like a good place to start since I already have some gorgeous paper to work with.
