DSC_1818 - Copy copy

Hello my sweet blog friends! I had some free time this morning and of course I headed straight to my desk to make something. Smile I have been wanting to make a CAS card for awhile. But after finishing my card today, I just wasn’t that excited about it. So I added my sewing and of course my pearls. So I am not sure what to call this card. Is it a Clean and Simple or not? It did just take me 20 minutes to make, so I will let you decide?

I had a comment on one of my posts about the 5×5 cards that I am making and where do I purchase the envelopes? I have been purchasing them from Stampin’ Up! but you can also get them on eBay and Amazon. I have even seen them on Bizrate too. I am always on the lookout for sales. Also, after doing a search on envelope templates, I came across this site. Click Here to check it out if you are interested in making your own homemade envelopes.

Thanks for stopping by! I appreciate all your comments and read them daily. Thank you to everyone that takes the time to write me! I really appreciate you! Hugs to you all!!

I grabbed some Pink Paislee Butterfly Garden Paper today that I paired up with White and Kraft paper. As I was trying to go simple, I used some crochet trim in my stash for a bow. I added a single pearl that I picked up at the craft store. I don’t remember the name of these. :/

I think you could qualify this card as a CAS since it did only take 20 min to make. Wow, wish I could come up with something so pretty that quickly. I love the softness of the dsp with the kraft paper. The crochet ribbon & pearls are some of my favorite accessories, so love those details.

This card is super pretty! I would say that for you, it is a clean and simple card, since it is your style to add alot of detail and layers.

You sure inspire me! This card is so elegant, but I could never duplicate it! Maybe I could without the sewing! Your glue dot tutorial is fantastic, too!

Beautiful Joanna. Very romantic looking. Thank you for sharing. School has started and am extremely busy, so not much time to leave comments anymore. But I sure do love each and everyone.
