Hello everyone! How are you all doing? We have had a wonderful weekend. Yesterday while scrolling through my Google reader, to my surprise I was mentioned in a couple of challenges last week. I received the A Cut Above Award from The Paper Players for this card (click here). I also was honorable mention for this card (click here) from The Shabby Tea Room challenge. I was also an iPick #133 from Nancy Riley! What an amazing start to the week! Thank you everyone for choosing me!
I also have some wonderful photos of my girls this weekend in their ballet costumes. Click here to go to my separate post.
Stay tune for the Stampin’ Pals Blog Hop featuring retiring Stampin’ Up! products….
Plus, my first sewing project this week! I can’t wait to show you!
Keep Smiling! and Thanks for stopping by!!!
I love Pear Pizzazz and Regal Rose together with a touch of Vanilla whimsy! Silhouette Sentiments, Hostess Level 1, was used for my gorgeous center flowers. I colored my stamp using Regal Rose and Pear Pizzazz. I stamped my background using Crumb Cake and Clearly for You stamp set. For a little color, stamp first on scrap paper and then onto your cardstock. The ink will be heaps softer. The 2-1/2” Circle Punch and the Circle Scissor Plus created my circles.
“Thinking of you” sentiment was found in the Three Little Words stamp set. For my flowers, I used the Vanilla Rosettes. The leaves were created from Pear Pizzazz Card Stock and the Blossom Petals punch. I then daubed the edges with Pear Pizzazz ink for added definition to the leaves.
