COTTAGE GARDEN DSP, SPRINGTIME VINTAGE DSP, INSPIREDBYSTAMPIN'

Cottage Garden Stamp Set has been sitting on my craft desk for the last few weeks and I have been trying to figure out how to incorporate it into a card. With Spring on its way and all the gorgeous spring colors, I came up with this Happy Birthday Card.

Starting today, Stampin’ Up! is offering a two sneak peak products from the upcoming 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalog! CLICK HERE for all the details!!!

Scroll down for a sneak peak for tomorrow’s Keep It Simple Saturday card! I haven’t done one of these for awhile! You will enjoy this one! Have a great Friday!

Inspired by Stampin’ Tips:

  • Today’s 5×5 card colors are Rose Red, Regal Rose and Pear Pizzazz. I also used the Springtime Vintage Designer Series Paper.
  • COTTAGE GARDEN DSP, SPRINGTIME VINTAGE DSP, INSPIREDBYSTAMPIN'I stamped my flowers using my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig today for perfect alignment! After, I gently cut each flower out and lifted them using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • “Happy Birthday” sentiment comes from the Curly Cute Stamp Set. How to lift your sentiment? Simply, cut your sentiment a bit larger and then adhere it using Glue Dots.
  • For my background, I used two pieces of card stock and punched it out using the Scallop Edge Border Punch and then layered them.
